Mr Wagner a été très réactif pour répondre à mon urgence. Il est ponctuel, donne de très bons conseil pour utiliser le mieux le plus longtemps possible le chauffe eau. Le travail est soigné et réfléchi puisqu'il sait s'adapter pour "ratrapper" le travail mal fait qui a été réalisé par d'autres avant lui. Il installe du matériel de qualité afin de satisfaire sa clientèle sur le long terme. Et pour finir il est très sympatique :-)
